Yummy!!!

This book is excellent for novice and intermediate "creme brulee-ers". It has several basic recipes, plus several alternatives -- from low-fat to very fancy.

I've found that creme brulee is a matter of what you like, so not all of the recipes will pleae everyone. But I guarantee that you will find enough recipes in this book to keep you going for, at least, a few months.Read full review...

This book shows just how easy Creme Brulee can be. I actually own a copy that someone bought for me. I liked it so much that I wanted to buy a copy for someone else!
