Out of Box failure, Probably rare.

Unfortunately this had and "Out of Box Failure" and the supplier was very bad to deal with for replacement; However, a chat with FitBit was successful and they agreed to replace under warranty which was a smooth process - BUT it cost $39 to send it to the US for replacement .
