a woo hoo blast
the only problem i had with this set was it did not have the five episode pilot on it valley of the golden suns its in collection 2 dang it but other then that this is a great collection of episodes for those who do not know when donald duck joins the navy he gets his uncle scrooge mcduck to look after his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie and they are joined by his new house keeper Mrs. Beakley and her little grandaughter Webby Duckworth the Butler and scrooge's pilot Launchpad McQuack and adventure soon follows and what great adventures they are even being over 30 years old these still hold up ok there are great times when Magica De Spell turns the Beagle boys in to the nephews and send them in to get scrooge's lucky dime donald duck gets taken over by the ghost of a egyptian Pharaoh and Magica's shadow comes to life and her and scrooge have to work together to stop it .scrooge and his rival Flintheart Glomgold have a race in time to get there hands on a magic lamp then scrooge takes over a hotel that seems to have a ghost in it .the Beagle boys make all of scrooge's money disappear with gyro's new raygun and gyro goes back in time to the days of yesteryear to be a knight and webby makes friends with a dinosaur Doofus Drake ( the fat duck ) gets super powers and vikings kidnap Mrs. Beakley then scrooge becomes poor and webby takes scrooge's magic pearl thinking it is a marble ball if you are a new fan from the new show and just want to see where it began or a old fan who just wants to go down memory lane there is lots of great stuff here for youRead full review...
