Small radio/dvd player

I needed a small radio/dvd for my yacht. Space was obviously at a premium, so when I saw this small unit for sale at a very small price it was certainly worth taking a punt.
The dvd player works reasonalbly well at low volumes and for classical music it was never going to set the world alight. The radio picks up signals in Holland, Belgium and France and provides background company.
All in all for the price it is a good buy. Buying customer returns is always a risk, but at low prices it can give you a bargain.Read full review...

you get what you pay for

the unit sounds ok, but at the end of each track it skips the last few seconds of each piece of music. So the transition from one track to the next sounds clumbsy and rough. It's not a big problem for me as I bought it to play music to get the baby to sleep but I think if I was listening to it myself I'd find it very irritating.Read full review...

Extremely good value little boombox

I bought this for myself to be able to listen to my music in different rooms. It has been great, as the unit is so easily portable and compact, so I can take it around with me from room to room. The sound quality is excellent for such a tiny device, both radio and CD. I haven't tried playing MP3 songs yet, but regular CDs play brilliantly on this. What a bargain

Bought for my kitchen as I love a bit of music when I'm in there. Lovely little compact unit and plays well.

I like the box, doesn't play radio as its not wireless, but I wanted it for playing CD and took it to Spain last week and it performed admirably.
