Baffled...

I find it strange that on first use..made squealing noise which means it needs oiling.
checked website and they recommend using light mineral oil... well isnt that the easiest thing to find...not !
You would assume kitchen aid or any other kitchen supply shop/store would carry the oil...but NO.
Found it alas on Ebay :)
Tad disappointed that needed oiling after first use....but then again had brushes replaced on actual mixer after 25 uses.. which they said was excessive use ...go figure.
Not really sure about kitchen aid...sturdy built but operational problems.Read full review...
