Highest Quality with Deserved Theatric Sound
Kara no Kyoukai is an excellent, convoluted, mature story with some of the best animation and sound track in Japanese animation.
This box set really puts out the movie series in its deserved Blu-Ray quality, with a soundtrack optimized better than the DVD set (I own both), giving the sensation of watching the series in a movie theater. The box looks good on the shelf, the additional art book is neat, and the overall feel of the set is exclusive - if a little too much so.
The product has a bit of an issue standing upright by itself, as the front and back panels of the box set tilt somewhat. It is recommended to get a stand fort it, if you are planning to display it by itself.
Definitely worthy of owning - it's not at all good value for money, but if you love the KnK series, or the Type-Moon franchise in general, you really can't go wrong with this Blu-Ray Disc Box Set of Kara no Kyoukai ^^Read full review...

Best Blu-ray Box Set Money Can Buy!
If you are a fan of anime & are familiar with the later 2000 hits, then you need to watch Kara no Kyoukai; The Garden of sinners! This set is OoP, and the current Aniplex set does not offer the glory that these movies deserve. With any original release fans of a franchise demand the "theatrical" versions over all others. They want to enjoy that experience they felt when seeing the movie for the first time in theaters, and this set offers that at 16:9 in full HD at 1080p thanks to Blu-ray. The visuals are drop dead gorgeous, & the sound with 5.1 surround sound on any speaker system is going sound like angels singing. The subtitles are A++. No other set for these movies is going to offer that! Blu-ray is the way to go when you want to watch your favorite movies in the comfort of your own home. This set is getting rarer as buyers like myself take them off other people's hands, and I advise anyone who is a fan of these movies to score them asap!
