What glue can be used to glue the Viton seals into the caps?

I like this lid for my Blitz gas containers. It contains a neoprene and two Viton seals. However there is a note that it is "my" responsibility to glue the seals into the caps. My question is what glue is suitable, if I am storing gasoline/ethanol fuel? Ethanol has been known to attack a number of seals and tubes in engines. Read full review...
