I have an older b&d steam mop that no longer produces steam. i really liked it -- sending it to b&d repair shop would cost as much as your new one. i opted to purchase the new one. THE NEW ONE IS NOT NEAR THE QUALITY AS THE OLD ONE. NOT IN ANY AREA.
had i known the inferior quality -- i would nave opted to repair my old one. the new one seems like a toy model as compared to the old one.Read full review...
