perfect for les paul style guitars

especially if ya use a wigglestick like i do... bigsby, stetsbar etc... your nuts the number one hang up point... these can really help. they're preslotted to an actually useful depth.. the first fret isn't sharp from a not deep enough slot. you may need to file the ends slightly to match your guitar's neck, but its GRAPHITE so its a couple minutes with a file... done.. its sleek, sexy, and smooth, and improves sustain and tuning. it gets the pink jimi 10 thumbs up award!!
will fit most gibson style guitars with little to no modification, i will be back cuz this is the best deal i found on the net for these!Read full review...

AllParts Graphite Nut

For these particular Graphite Nuts, they are in fact a plastic-based graphite nut, and therefore quite soft (dos it and you'll hear the soft-plastic sound v/s what should be a hard-metallic-sound). They great value, but if like me you're looking for that hard, wear-out free graphite nut, this isn't that product.

Doesn’t feel or sound like real graphite.

This thing just barely rings more than the plastic nut that came on my cheap Chinese guitar. If you don’t compare it to a Tusq nut you might be satisfied with it, but not me.
