Heavyweight quality
Bought these Holophane shades for a pair of pendant lights which are suspended by chains and hooks. The shades are heavy glass, and could not be supported just by a flex. The 20 cm depth provides space to hold any size of bulb. I use 23W 5400K spirals. The depth of the shade and the frosted / opaque finish hides the bulb. The ribs are easy to keep washed or dusted, and provide a glare-free even light in all directions - floor, walls and ceiling.Read full review...

Lovely lightshade but very heavy
Lovely light shade. It is very heavy and I think it would have been good to state the weight. I have used it but am a bit worried about whether it is too heavy for the light I bought it for. If it is I will use elsewhere as I like it. Read full review...
