Be sure to watch a you tube vedio on how to tie the rope as if you tie it from the top you will lose your anchor it must be tied at the bottom and zip tied with a very small zip tie or rubber band at topRead full review...

Not for swift moving tides and heavy winds

Works for small; to medium sized lakes and slow moving rivers,not bays and larger bodies of water.When I used it in a bay it barely held onto the bottom,the tide too strong for the anchor.
