Excellent stability & height

An awesome & very stable tripod. While not the most compact tripod, nor is it the lightest for hiking, it more than makes up for this with its height capability & stability. Removing the ball head & packing separately helps to make it more compact.
The ball head is solid build, of good quality & function. Admittedly, I have not used a large number of ball heads to reference against, however the head certainly is well built.Read full review...
