Good for Halloween

Is just "ok". Doesn't glow long, even after holding near light. Polish itself will chip off in pieces... Or in one case- the entire nail. Dries pretty quick, good for Halloween and that's about it because it won't last longer than that. Kids get a kick out of it.Read full review...
