An hour of Hope entertainment - his funniest moments but no interviews
The sound quality and clarity of some of the film clips were very disappointing. They had not been digitally improved. However, the clips did show Hope at his best and most of the film clips were very entertaining. The cover of the DVD was very misleading because it implied that the DVD contained interviews of the various artists that had made movies with Bob Hope reflecting on their memories of him. Crosby , Lamour , etc, but that was not the case. No interviews appeared on the DVD - only an an hour of film clips of Hope's old radio and TV shows, Academy award presentations as host and entertaining the troops overseas, was all that was on the DVD. I was disappointed because I bought the DVD with the interviews in mind.Read full review...
