Great value and packs a punch.
This unit has saved me literally weeks in painting a new large home. It has it's problems but at the price point its a terrific little unit which hopefully keeps going until I finish the job. A couple of pointers is not to have the pressure at the maximum unless the paint is thick. Normal house paints don't need thinning. Spray one wall at a time and then immediately use a short nap roller to roll it out for a smooth finish. The nozzle sometimes sprays out a splash of paint which this will also fix. Spray about 2m runs at a time as the unit doesn't keep up the pressure for longer sprays. Keep a bucket with clean water close by and pop the nozzle in it while rolling out the wall so the paint doesn't build up at the tip. The extension rod helps a lot so you don't have to bend over too much going up and down a wall and keeps you further away from the spray so you stay cleaner. Look up you tube for video's for spraying tips and cleaning of the unit. If you don't clean and maintain the pump properly it will fail. Lastly, airless spraying uses heaps more paint than rolling but in my case its a $15k saving I was quoted so spending a few hundred extra on paint is well worth it. Read full review...
