Really easy to use

If you've ever wired up a cat cable incorrectly, you'll know that it's annoying. With these, you thread the wires right through the connector, so you can check that the colours are in the correct positions before crimping. The wires go right through, and the crimping tool (probably have to buy the specific one for these connectors), will both crimp and cut off the excess wiring. This makes for clean, quick, efficient making of network cables without mistakes. These connectors are on the expensive side, but they give peace of mind - and if you're doing this on a regular basis they are a brilliant connector to use. I highly recommend them.
