Old remedy for poor quality petrol!

This products recipe for success dates back to WW2 when petrol was of low octane and desperately poor quality. The metals in the product leach out into petrol while in the tank conditioning it , raising the octane level, and also stopping the harmful effects of ethanol....you really can run even the vw FSI engines on e10 petrol!!

Doesn't work

This type of products are snake oil. They do not work and the only sure way to run an engine with soft valve seats designed for leaded fuel is to have hardened valve seats fitted. This is not what you need.Read full review...

These do not work.Fitted one to my Capri and after 500 miles the valve clearances had closed up to near zero causing the engine to misfire. Only way is to fit hardened valve seats, sorted.
