a good bread knife for less, stay sharp, durable and easy to wash up, but you got to discard the plastic cover because it may not fit and you really don't need a cover, any expensive breadknife does not give you a cover, nor does any other cheap bread knife - the best bread knives in my opinion are those with the handle raised away from the blade alignment so when you are sawing to the bottom of the bread your hand is clear of the board/table/plate, but for a cheap straight one this one is greatRead full review...
