Does the job.

I got these as I do weight lifting. My knees are getting a bit sore due to health problems, so had to swallow my pride and start using knee support again.

These are easy for me to get on and off, compared to the sleeves and wraps (the latter I really don't like).

Plenty of support in the right place.
