Listening to good music from 1969 Woodstock on this album is great.

Great Rerelease of Famous Concert Weekend
It is a great rerelease with the real versions of the concert rather than the re-recorded ones they inserted into the original release. Funnily enough I don’t think it loses anything - it’s 1969 and live concerts were high wire acts always threatening to fall into total disarray and this is revealed through out the concert. It is amazing how well they played and it is great Santana sound just as great, csny just as tense etc. Thoroughly recommended - Can I just say listening to the increasingly annoyed Announcer ask the crowd to get off the scaffold, the sound units etc. Is funny once.Read full review...
