Original packaging, seems to be new.
Easy to update.

Cons:
Had already been activated previously as i did not have to go through normal setup as specified by the manual.
Activation date is set 4 months before i bought it.
The person who delivered it left it under my mailbox in the open for anyone to take. Bit stupid if you ask me.Read full review...
