Short Neck tube for a biker
It's cotton I think, but for the purpose of a biker neck tube, its far to short to allow enough to tuck into your biker shirt and leave enough to cover you mouth.
Better to look elsewhere. It is very tight as well and although the advice is that it will stretch, a proper "Oxford" branded biker neck tube will be better.

This neck scarf is excellent value and is of good quality, there is a pull string,
which is elastic, with a plastic stop slip release.
This plastic button stop slip was a not used by myself, and was easily removed.
