Great value for money
Overall it is very easy to use. The only improvement would be to change the way the mop pad affixes to the mop head. I find it difficult to place the cloth on the cleaning head and change the cleaning cloth when needed. It involves bending down, unclipping the dirty pad and replacing it with a clean pad. It is very difficult for anyone with blood pressure problems or those with back problems. As for it's ability to clean, well it is out of this world! I have only cleaned the tile floors and the bathroom tiles so far, but the difference after cleaning them is obvious. It is extremely easy to reach the top of the bathroom tiles with the long handle and the tiles look fresh and the grout looks new again. I am looking forward to using the tools to clean the windows and the carpets and rugs. It would be advantageous if it came with more than one cleaning pad. didnt clean my outside windows...and not a ver good job inside on the windows. I dont like the floor mop cloth as it has a hollow in the middle of the mop which you dont see after putting the cloth on...2 cloths would have been better than one as well, for large floors. the rest of the tools I have not used yet....Read full review...

It really worth the money but...
amazing costumer service, we had an issue which was our fault anyway but they resend a brand new item with all accessories. it's really worth the price. it has some issues I am dealing with these days, like it stops steaming for not a clear reason ( I steamed kitchen cupboards doors for 5 mins) then on floor wudnt work, would leave lots of water I don't know what just happened. I stopped and used it today again and it's working so I don't know it's me not knowing how to work with it or it's the machine. To me it's not that easy to use as my place is quite big and I always have problem with size of the cord. I really don't like it that water tank lid is easy to open which made it easy for my toddler to open and drop some stuff inside it. Water tank capacity is big which can be amazing but makes it so heavy to move around. Not very good wheels which makes it really difficult to move. I wish cord wud be getting collected inside so u wudnt be dealing with finding the plastic panel which helps you collect the cord but not stable enough and keep coming off. Said too many negatives? It's not negative in my eyes just I want to let people who want to buy know what could be issue but dude for $150( price I bought) including shipping u can't expect it to be perfect. I am happy with it comparing to other brands I had to spend $2000 for same power/ wattage. Keeps the tiles completely streak free, relatively easy to use once you figure it out (no instructions - the key is to fill it with water, plug it in and turn on the switch and wait till light is green at the top. Then on the handle you have to press down on the area just before the yellow lock button. Then lock it once it’s pressed down to hold it there).
