This is a good value trainer for what it’s worth. It is an entry level trainer and is good value for its price.

Works but not clear instructions
The roller wears out the bike tyre quickly. if the tyre is not sitting concentric or the wheel slightly out it is exadurated and makes the spinning bumpy. the cable connection to the roller will not sit in socket and stay.Read full review...
