Multipurpose item.Treat with respect - should last a while. Steam fish & Dim Sims etc. Grill chops etc. Slow cook meat casserole in deep dish. Thermostat control.
Reheat pastry items a flip over eg
Sausage role or pastry apple parcels. Clean carefully in sink not in dishwasher as dishwasher soap abrasive. Don't use abrasive scrubbers as it will strip the non stick surface. RECOMMENDED.
