The kit that could have been
This kit has nearly everything in it that you need for rebuilding the GR650 starter motor. It does not have one important part, that comes with the genuine kits, the plastic backing ring for the positive brushes.
I had to skim 0.4mm off the outside of the negative brush plate to get the plate to fit in the cover and the 'U' shaped positive brush holder had to be bent to fit. It never did fit properly, but in the end this was no problem as I used the genuine one I had to buy to get the aforementioned plastic backing ring.
This kit does have all the fiber washers, bearings and seals
