A great deal on RAM memory to speed up your computer's ability to handle numerous open tabs with ease.
I wanted to boost up the amount of ram in my older Hp 8560p laptop. I was originally only going to step up to 8GBs from the 4GBs I had. I than noticed the posted ad for the 16 GB kit and felt for the small investment it would be worth it, since I often open several tabs at the same time for personal use and for my business and there was often some freezing and lagging when moving from tab to tab. Well now that I have installed the 16 GB kit, I no longer have the freezing and moving from open tab to open tab is flawless and without any issues. I also find the computer to be much quicker all around. I believe this improvement is worthwhile and am glad I stepped up to 16GB rather than just going to 8GB.Read full review...

Great update for aging laptop
Not big on doing reviews but my experience was really good so... Shipping was very quick, arrived early. Packaging is just what was needed for a couple of memory sticks. This seller is on my list now.
About item. I have aging HP laptop that uses 1333 ram but these sticks work just fine. And this is a AMD APU system and I know I like to make fun of people when they say this but the laptop feels snappier now. Maybe the matched higher speed sticks are doing the APU a favor?! New Life in the Old Laptop
Works great! I had 6Gb of RAM in my laptop. I often have many windows open, so I often had times where my laptop would almost freeze up, it was such a bottleneck. I bought this 16Gb RAM kit, which is the maximum my laptop can hold. .
It took 20 seconds to replace my old RAM, and now I have no more RAM limitations.
One thing that I didn't foresee: With that much more RAM, if you use hibernate a lot, as I do, it takes that much longer to load the RAM from hibernate file on hard drive. And, of course, the hibernate save space on the hard drive is bigger.
But, really, for me, it's better than buying a new laptop.

Worked great in the beginning
I have 30 plus years of working with computer hardware. I purchased the memory for an all in one hp. After the installation I began enjoying the greatest speed I have ever seen (that was after a brief fight with the hp all in one, but that is a whole story in and of itself). After a week I noticed that I started getting the blue screen of death from time to time (BSOD). I chalked it up to the hp (if you like to upgrade don't buy an hp all in one) and windows 10 but, the BSOD's became more prevalent. The indication was things like; PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_ERROR, ATTEMPTED_TO WRITE_TO_ROM, and others. I did not think it was the memory but every other solution I tried besides the memory didn't correct the problem. I removed the memory, put back the original, and the all in one works as advertised. I put the memory in my laptop thinking possibly it was the hp all in one's resistance to upgrade. Once again blinding speed and performance, the laptop never ran so great, I had doubled the size of memory, and was amazed. Three days later and the BSOD's came with a new added real time clock battery error. I put the original memory back and the machine runs as it always did: a little slower but solid as a rock. It may be that I just got two bad SODIMMs. I don't know! But, I can tell you they work great for a few days and then they go quirky.Read full review...
