Great for making egg noodles
this is a very high quality device - comes with good instructions I have used it once and am totally satisfied with it.. If you use sufficient flower nothing sticks and cleanup is a breeze - I just take it outside and give it a hit with my battery powered leaf blower but there is no reason why you could not put it back in the box with a little of residual flower on it. If you don't have a leaf blower handy and don't want any flower on the device a computer keyboard dust remover can will work.
this is a heavy duty product which will provide years of use. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make consistent thickness noodles. it has 8 thickness settings and two noodle cutters, one fine (which I have used) and one thicker. I rolled out some dough down to the number 3 settings and ran it through the fine cutter and made noodles like my mother used to make by hand.Read full review...
