The Samsung S7 EDGE is still worth purchasing
Even tho a couple of years old now, the Samsung S7 EDGE is excellent value. The Photo and Video quality is hard to tell apart from the more recent S9 and the screen size, tho a little large for myself personally, seems to appeal to the najority of users these days, at 5.5 inches.
The battery life under OREO is excellent and certainly better than the S7. Winding the screen resolution down gets me at least 2 days before having to recharge. And there's that headphone jack I love, and the wireless charging.
Why pay $1100 for an S9 when the S7 Edge is just as good in my opinion with perhaps a few less bells and whisatles, at a third the price.
Was a no brainer for me, and I couldn't be happier.

Nice device upgrade from Note 4
I had Note 4 previously and was happy with the phone. After using it for 2 years, I wanted to upgrade to Note 7, but decided against it after all the bad press about battery issues. That was when I started looking at S7 Edge. The specifications are very similar to Note 7, but with slightly smaller but curved screens. This make the device smaller but still have a big screen to show more. The battery life is pretty good and very similar to my Note 4. I like the always on clock feature. The finger scanner functionality is very handy and can unlock the phone quickly.
The down side is the curved screen doesn't work that well when typing. I am used to typing of a flat screen, so now I keep pressing the wrong key because of the slight curve.
Overall, a good device and a nice upgrade from my old Note 4.Read full review...

it's a great phone, lacks some features of the note 4 but its ok.
comparing with note 4 it lacks the spen but you can compensate this by making the keyboard bigger, missing the ir but you can buy external infra red connection to the head phone socket cheap nom replaceable battery but battery in it is good.Read full review...
