At last! The perfect bag for me

On a recent overseas trip I found out all the things that were wrong with my previous carry-on bag, which I also needed for overnight stays away from the main hotel. After a long search this bag had *all* the features I wanted, and it was a good price on sale. Well made, sturdy and just the right size, it has the option to carry it as a backpack which is perfect when you have to cross uneven terrain or have a long way to walk and don't want to wrench your arm pulling it by the handle for a mile or two. AND it only has two wheels which means it won't roll away from you on slippery airport floors while you struggle to get things out for inspection or handling kiosks, passports etc. This bag will definitely make traveling easier for me.Read full review...

Fabulous Backpack

This is a very nice backpack and really sturdy. We are planning on using it on our text trip to Europe in a few months. WE ACTUALLY BOUGHT TWO OF THESE. That tells you how much we were impressed when we received our first one. My husband and I both feel like this is going to make traveling on long trips so much easier. Great backpack for middle school son

I have purchased several backpacks including wheeled backpacks for my kids over the last 15 years mostly from Lands End and that was a waste of money. I purchased 2 High Sierra backpacks from Costco on sale and was extremely surprised of it's durability for the price paid. So, I purchased this backpack which was larger than Land's End backpack equivalent to this one. The Lands End back pack handle started giving problems within a month of purchase. Overall, the Land's End backpack material broke apart easily and so did the handle to the point I had to purchase this backpack. My son treats this back pack really rough and it still looks great. I only wished that the front corners of this backpack was a bit more reinforced with extra material. Back pack handle extends twice the height as competitors and runs really smooth. It also has front pegs to stand on while not in motion which I believe allows backpack bottom material to last longer. If treated well, this backpack should last more than 2 years.
