All OK except pulse rate

Customer care was very supportive/responsive at the time of purchase. Product came well in time. Good for beginners like me. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Works fine. Although, have issues with pulse rate. Constantly shows my pulse rate at 65-69 even when my pulse rate is 140. Didn't get time to call to Lifespan till now, but will call them soon. Would comment on their after sale customer care response once I have made the call.Read full review...
