Swim at home
We only have a very small pool and I thought I'd give this product a try. I've been using it now for 2 weeks and it is really good. Took a little getting used to the sensation of swimming and not going anywhere. It does not interrupt your freestyle or breast stroke you just need have a goal of how many strokes/time for your sessions. I have it anchored to the wooden fence on a ring hook, the belt is comfortable and all in all a great product.Read full review...
