Mold on pillow and defective

It’s a good product. The person that sold it just gave bad product. Mold all over packaging and pillow. Tried washing and cannot get spots out. Zipper is missing from cover so can even take it off and put on new cover without completely destroying the cover currently on there. Read full review...
