I bought it specifically to use with my Tamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD lens and it delivers very nicely. The camera body i use is the EOS R. AF and stabilization works as it should. I bought it after reading about this combo on the internet. I’m happy with the purchase. Item was open box hence the price was lowered. I have two more lenses i need to check its compatibility with.
