Poor quality phone

I had the previous model Uniden dect phone which would lose contact with the base occasionally. Apparently a fault with the early versions of my previous model. But other wise worked well. This new model is obviously a cost cutting exercise and it showes. Smaller battery that doesn't last as long, Phone book has pauses and has delay while scrolling, Smaller screen and slightly distorted sound when listening to person on a call.
