A must for modders

I bought this extension for my snes mini. I have modded my snesc to play many other console's games and with removing and plugging the usb lead many times to programme it via my pc i could predict that the usb port on the snesc will eventually break meaning some skilful soldering or a broken console . So i just plug this extension in just the once and it stays in and i use the extension part to plug n unplug for programming to console, therefore the only damage i can do is in the extension part and would cost pence to replace instead of a whole new console . In theory i have made 1 less thing to break on the device extending the life of the device . It works like a charm and even works using the micro usb to usb adapter which is needed for adding a storage device . In short get it for something that has to be unplugged regularly and the usb port wont break on the device . It passes data and power with no problems at all .
