VHS Head Cleaner problem

This is the second one I have bought from the same source. The first one worked but the the tape got caught in the machine and had to be cut to remove.

No problems. I believe instructions could be better. You are not sure when finished so to speak. Place in machine hit play and then you are really at a loss to know when finished. States to read instructions in the guide but no guide.

The spindles were loose and off centre. I tried to fix as best I could. Also I had to unravel the tape which came loose in the machine. Even when I had done my best to remedy the faults, the tape had hardly been on for 2 seconds before ejecting.Read full review...

Tape was twisted I unreeled it to correct it. Was very fragile and the spindles easy pushed in and unsecured. Tape was not long enough to run for recommend time and didn’t make any difference to my VCR.Read full review...
