A flawed design - difficult to remove.
It's well machined. It fits snugly into the camera and the M42 threads are well formed. BUT ... it is impossible to remove from the camera unless the lens is screwed in tightly (allowing one to twist the entire lens-adapter assembly) and even then it's hit or miss. The only way to make this consistently and readily removable from the camera is to glue the lens into the adapter using Loctite - you then can then grip and twist the entire lens-adapter assembly reliably. To improve this product, and make it usable, the manufacturer would have to incorporate to some sort of tab or lever arm along the circumference of the adapter. As it is, it's a flawed design - buy it only if you intend to dedicate an M42 lens to the Sigma SA mount.Read full review...
