Cheap price great tripod

I've read the reviews after I purchased it and I have to say I'm not sure if some don't know how to use it properly. I have an older hdd camcorder prob about 10 years old and it fits perfect, stands with no problem, it's a great item for the price and all. I'm really happy with it and it is very light also.Read full review...

Didn't take much

After just 1 use, the locks that support the lower legs of the tripod stoped working on 2 sides. One of the middle legs was stuck and had to use significant amount of pill force to get it to release. Maybe it was just mine...who knows. If it Didn't have these issues, it would be a decent buy for the price. The top is very stable and sturdy but the lower you go the more fragile it becomes. The lower legs are very flimsy. Its good if you get a working product and if you need it for basic things like cell phone or small camera recording.Read full review...

Good for a light camera

Good for a light compact camera but not for a DSLR but that's to be expected for the price :) works great for oculus rift sensors too, same exact thread pitch so for folks with VR, get it! :)

JUNK!

Although it seems to be a great, inexpensive tripod...it is absolute junk. Legs are thinner than a pinky finger at their smallest. Head does not pivot easily and is not universal for all camera mounting layouts. Furthermore, the thumbscrews are somewhat awkwardly positioned and do not secure the camera tightly to the mount.

My review is to spend a little more money and get a better product.

Light Weight Only

So I bought this for my blog. It extends easily, goes in a lot of directions, and is easy to put away. But it won't hold up to a heavy camera. Way too light and tips over. Luckily, I have a little point and shoot that I use. So I don't run into this problem often. I tried it with my roommate's DSLR camera, and it tipped right over in certain positions. For every day use that doesn't require a lot of direction change, I'd say its definitely worth it.Read full review...

It's ok

When I first got it, it was dented a little but that didn't stop me. I tested it but when I set it up all the way it gets unstable the higher it is so best to keep it low for more steady picture and most in important it is not meant for big device just small stuff like go pro of pocket cameraRead full review...

Excellent for my DSLR, I love it!

This works perfect for my DSLR camera, I have a Canon rebel eos t5. It balances well, it is steady and it mounts perfectly. It is a very lightweight tripod, so I'd be careful about using it outside or in high wind area's. It comes with a travel bag and is very portable. The clamps and screws are tight and sturdy and I'm not worried about my camera falling or anything. This is the first tripod I've ever owned so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it does exactly what I need it to do for portrait, makeup photography and miniature/toy photography. This is an excellent value for under 10 bucks!Read full review...

No bigger than Go Pro

very VERY spindly legs.. it IS lightweight, but it won't hold anything much bigger than a Go Pro for very small point n shoot. The fact that DSLR's, Black Magic cameras, etc are listed is a JOKE.

Do not put a camera on it!

This is a very light Tripod for light duty. I got it to hold a off camera flash. Weight of the flash is about 8oz it will not support a large camera.

Ok for the money

Not 50 inches if I remember correctly it was 48 not all clamps that lock down legs tightened down enough to secure legs but I wasn't expecting super high quality for the price I paid overall happy with my purchaseRead full review...
