This unit has everything you need unless you are a complete battery nerd. Time will tell on longevity but very impressed with the apparent quality, functionality and features. Easy to read the LED display and silent in operation.
The OPUS BT- C3100 Analyzer test Charger does all of the operations as described.
It is easy to operate and gives accurate readings as to the capacity of the battery being tested.
You can charge and test 18650 , AA and AAA batteries and other slim batteries that will fit. It will charge and test sub C and C size cells but D size cells are too big in diameter to make a connection with the contacts.

Will test resistance, capacity and charge lithium batteries...has a function to charge, discharge and check mha then recharge...has overtemperature , that stops charging so it does not get too hot..up to 2000ma charge rate on 2 slots and 4 x 1000ma..can program individual slots...only complaint is it hangs around 4.2v for a long time before discharging, not sure why , could be waiting for temperature...a safe and reliable charger.Read full review...

Fast versatile charger and analyzer
Great for charging my AA eneloops. This charger, set at 2 amps, charges them in around an hour, as opposed to 8 or more hours in the old charger (standard Panasonic BQ-CC51). Another advantage is being able to charge a single battery. It's very satisfying to be able to test capacity of batteries. I tested a rubbish 18650 battery labelled as 4000mAh. Turned out to be 900mAh. The eneloops tested at a little higher than rated capacity. I highly recommend this charger.Read full review...

Works very well
I use it for charging AA and AAA NiMH batteries.
All charging modes seem to charge more completely than my last charger which died. (Even before it died!)
Capacity test charging revealed some interesting results with some of the older batteries that I have. Some were lower than expected, which explained why the groups of batteries (used as pairs or in four) were going flat early.
Rejuvenating batteries with this charger seems to work well, and has recovered some of my older batteries that were lower capacity.
The charger is easy to use. Once the manual has been read, the controls seem intuitive and simple. The manual is even in mostly good english - I didn't have any laughs!

A good, versatile charger
I have had an earlier model for a number of years. It takes all sorts of batteries and does a good job. My only criticism is that it won’t start charging a dead flat battery, I need to put the flat battery into another charger for a few minutes and then it will register and start charging. This issue may have been fixed with this model but I have not yet had the issue to test it. Read full review...

Works well an honest review
The product works amazingly well, you can charge, discharge and test the capacity of batteries it is an amazing tool to have.
If you are using it like I am to test salvaged 18650 cells well there are many cheaper ways to charge and test but if you are looking for a reliable and easy going way you can easily with this product.
Downsides are it is only 4 at a time so in my case can get annoying when you have plenty of cells to go through but it does its job well.
The main thing that got to me is that there is a newer version of the product that if given the chance again to buy I would go with the newer model the
