I have tried many different brands of magnesium mainly to help with restless leg syndrome , did not find much relief until I was advised to try these by a pharmacist . I take two tablets about an hour before bed and have noticed a big difference, I still get the restless legs occasionally but it is only occasionally compared to every single night before taking these tablets, I'm not sure why but think they are absorbed better in the body.Read full review...
