A well Rounded Camera for enthusiasts and Pros' alike at a bargain price

absolutely amazing camera, great for the budding professional or experienced amateur, yes it cheaper than most entry level beginner cameras, but this is a Professional DX camera and must be taken seriously. its 11 point AF works a treat and auto focus speeds are sensational. image quality is brilliant and a battery grip goes so well with this beast. ergonomics are also amazing and the grip feel is great, the 10 Mega Pixel CCD sensor captures colour very accurately and vividly, Nikon's Full Colour Matrix Metering allows the user to create outstanding images. the 5fps continuous frame rate is also a great feature. The D200's compatibility with Nikon Creating Lighting System (CLS) is also a major bonus as this camera syncs very well with Nikon Speed-lights to provide mind blowing pictures in and out of the studio.

YES! A good second hand D200 will last you for years

good allrounder 10.2MP is nothing to sneeze at. Sure I would rather have a few 800's and 800e's!
With the right glass and right lighting this camera will capture anything you want it to and do it well.

Great camera for a good price.

Close to brand new. Works as expected. No chips, dents or marks on the body.

The rear control navigation Multil Selector is quite stiff, indicating very little wear, on most D200's this becomes loose with use.

what can I say? Best little DSLR. I use 2 of these for my press photography. I put away my D2X as I love the compact size of the D200 (even with battery grip attached).
