Jerky lasts a long time past the best by date(its not an expiration date) Jack Links, like most other snack food companies, Frito Lay is big on it, They have a freshness guarantee after all, so they make the best by date way shorter than when the food would get stale. one reason is you will never get a stale product and #2 you will go buy more snacks if the ones you have are past their best by date....Right?! These are just as good as the ones with a future best by date. I've eaten Jerky 12 months past its best by date, no problems, not even tasting bad!Read full review...
