Two versions and reliability issues of the JJC BTR-S1
1) There is a new Version 2 of this remote, same look and part number, version info is often missing, even on the JJC web site. V2 includes A74 in the compatibility list. I got V1, which does not work with the A74 model.
2) After looking through several youtube threads and asking some questions, reliability of the JJC BTR-S1 has come into question. Especially regarding going into sleep mode after a short time and having to double press to wake or having to reconnect again to the camera. Not good when waiting for just the right moment to take a shot :(Read full review...
