Technology

Not at all happy with some of the technical design features of this machine. 1st of all, having 2 separate ring tones to the base station and the handset. Should be able to turn one off or at least make them both the same.
The other thing is that facility for storing telephone numbers. To get to my 1st stored number takes 5 clicks. Surely you can do better than that! I was taken in by the appearance of the machine which is excellent, but in day-to-day use. Not happy! I'm about to buy another telephone system but you can bet it won't be Uniden!

On top of that I had a faulty battery in one handset and a faulty powerpack for the base station. Not a good record
admittedly, the service was excellent to replace both items but I can't believe I should have had to do that. Overall it hasn't been a great experience.Read full review...

this product.. fit the criteria l was after.. perfectly..

well l bought these phones off ebay.. because l dont think brand new ones have enough value to me.. not much goes wrong with phones.. and with the feed back system it keeps it all pretty tidy..
l would have stuck with panasonic.. but the latest model has no ear phone jack for a head set.. so l went uniden.. the write up on them sounded very good the phones were the right price for me.. so thats how l buy things.. its what value to things have to me.. you dont have to buy everything new.. thank you..Read full review...

Fantastic phone. Good value for price.

This is a fantastic phone. We have problems with interference so need a 5.8ghz phone, which are almost impossible to find these days. Had one exactly the same which lasted 8 years, so when it died I was keen to get another one. Not made anymore and all of the new ones are useless coz they are not 5.8. Great, clear sound with good volume, no crackles or buzzes. Easy to use and has good capacity phone book. Love this phone and would recommend it totally.Read full review...
