Great kit for your Ralliart bumper lancer

This kit works a treat in your Lancer, comes with full wiring harness, a nice switch to mount on the lower right of the steering column and the light assembly and bulbs and all hardware.
Pretty straight forward to install. I used the blue wire (12+) off the Parker light as a trigger to send back to the switch in the cabin , that is then sent back to the relay to turn the fog lights on / off cos relay.
The relay is a YL-388 and they can be quite difficult to find. So I swapped it out with a standard relay adaptor
If you search on YL-388 12v relay fog light wiring conversion to standard 12v relay you will find how to do it.
