Makes the G1 X Mark III a true "point and shoot"
Although the Canon Powershot G1 X Mark III camera generally gets good reviews, a common complaint is that the camera uses a removable lens cap rather than having an automatic cover like most compact point-and-shoot cameras. This lens cap fixes that problem. It sits permanently over the lens (it simply slips on), protecting the lens, but opens automatically when the camera is turned on and the lens extends.
