Great little product for home shredding
I had a mountain of documents I'd saved up to be shredded, given the appropriate breaks and emptied after approx. 10 pages, this product worked perfectly.

Not good value
Purchased this product as I thought it would do small household shredding and it was low cost. After receiving item commenced to use it and after a couple of minutes it stopped working, even though the instructions said no more than 2 minutes. I left it cool down for a couple of hours and then commenced to use it again. It stopped again after a couple of minutes, let it cool down and then it would not work in a forward motion but only in reverse. Cut the cable and threw it in the bin. I wasn't going to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for another one as it was only worth $50. Purchased a better quality one at local store for a few more dollars whic does an excellent job.Read full review...

they say it will shred up to 5 sheets of paper, lucky if it does 2. half way down the paper tends to bunch up and we end up with paper jam. persevered many times but got the same result.

Just another cheap shredder
If you want a cheap shredder this is it. Pros: it works Cons: it does not shred thin paper (single sheets), paper jams continuously (paper constantly catches underneath the cutters and must be manually prised out), claimed 5 sheets at a time (not unless it was tissue paper).
