Great 3D without glasses, good games, great graphics. Not so great battery

Great 3D and graphics for a small system that doesn't require glasses. Downside of the 3D is that you have to look straight on to the screen for the 3D effect to occur or you just see a giant smudge figure. Battery life is a bit limited but still long enough to enjoy. Excellent game console

There's nothing to criticize about this console, it's the best handheld game console in the market. What I like most is the ability to view 3D images, videos and games without glasses. The quality of this product is better than any of the DS console series. However, of course its button did not satisfy me cos they are a little harder than the DS lite and DSi.Read full review...

Neat little handheld with expanded features.

Coming into the 3ds market midway of its lifespan, the handheld is exactly the same size to my ds Lite. The one thing I noticed that rose in quality was sound!

Game wise, only this year is when games actually start coming out on the 3ds, and in great timing too!

The 3D part can be a gimmick or a enhancing feature to gaming, depends on how you use it. Personally it is like playing minecraft, you have to find your own joy in this handheld. With the 3D there is a only so few games that utilise this feature without promising a headache. Programs like Colors 3d on eNintendo shop is a perfect example of brilliant use of 3D on this handheld.

Colour wise, the black cosmos is my absolute favourite. Mind you, it is Shiny so expect the same treatment as you would give to the Psp series, THE GLARE FROM THE SUN!

Overall the feel of this is generally a positive and consider I play this handheld when I travel around (ie for 1-3hrs). I do not recommend if you are into console gaming where you sit in front of it for more than 3 hours.

No glasses 3D blows your mind.

Very neat product which is heaps of fun with a 3d camera and all. The screen needs to be calibrated for each different user. This is not difficult so does not make it annoying, great buy for older kids as very young ones cannot use the 3d feature.Read full review...
