My dream of owning a NIKON camera could not have been possible without EBAY
Since loosing a top rate camera overboard while serving in the Royal Navy 50 years ago, I have had the usual cheap cameras. My son bought a 'pre-loved' NIKON on ebay for a ridiculous low price and it got me thinking that it was about time that I had one. Several attempts on ebay and getting pipped at the post, I was successful (with my son's help)
$380.00 for a camera worth over a $1,000,00 and a great person selling it to boot. How successful can I be?
There are many features which I as a mere 74 year old has not quite grasped, but I don't need them at this stage.
I have taken pictures and landscapes which surpass anything that i have ever taken before. The lens and focus are enough for this old sailor to produce First Class photographs.
Grand-daughter showed me how easy it was to load the pictures onto the computer. I'm having difficulty with a lot of new Gizmos and Gadgets, but not with this camera.
Being Left-Handed has not proved difficult, as it did with very basis cameras when I would often get a good photo of my finger.
What Faults??? Absolutely ZERO. My wife and I are as happy as can be with something that does what it states it will do.
There are other more expensive cameras on the market, but like anything else, I wouldn't want a Rolls Royce. I have that which is perfect for me.
